Insurance Training and Consulting in Stockholm BICON AB, a Baltic insurance training and consulting network, was established in the summer of 1998 by a number of individuals and organisations with wide experience of insurance, managing risk and finance.
BICON conducts training, analysis and consulting assignments related to insurance, financial services and risk management. Operations include vocational training and actuarial services in Sweden as well as training and consulting in transitional and emerging markets worldwide.
